What is Coaching?
Coaching takes the fear out of changing career and supports you to navigate uncertainty. It helps you to look at things from a different perspective and to stop procrastinating.
The approach is both reflective and active. You will go through a process of career innovation and develop your own new career identity. Working with a career coach will enable you to get out of your head and into action. Once you get into action you will quickly gain traction towards achieving your goals. Your confidence will then lift and then you’re halfway there.
Changing career alone can feel like an impossible task. It’s like doing a puzzle without having the picture on the box! It takes time and it takes patience. This is challenging when you’re facing multiple demands on your time, coping with the job you’re currently doing and worrying about the risks involved.
