Feeling TRAPPED?

1 in 3 people in the UK are planning to leave their job in the next 3-6 months.

Always SEARCHING?

On average we spend a third of our lives at work so if you’re frustrated with your career, it matters!

Feeling Lost?

Loving what you do has a positive impact on your physical and mental health, relationships, confidence, and self-esteem.

I help you

Find work that feels purposeful, energising and true to who you are. We begin with understanding your values, strengths and what really drives you. That’s the foundation of every sustainable career move.

It’s about understanding what’s not working, exploring what matters to you now, and making confident decisions about your next steps.

And, together we:

 • make sense of where you are now
 • understand your values, strengths and motivations
 • explore realistic possibilities
 • build a confident, practical plan
 • move forward with momentum and clarity

Change your thinking with these exercises on my resource page.

What is coaching?

Coaching supports you to navigate uncertainty.  It helps you to look at things from a different perspective and stop procrastinating.

The approach is both reflective and active. You will go through a process of career innovation and develop your own new career identity. I will help you to get out of your head and into action. Once you get into action you will quickly gain traction towards achieving your career goals.

How it works

You will gain confidence by doing things you’ve never done before.

You will be able to sell yourself to yourself and by doing so have more courage when you start to sell yourself to others.

You will build your life around what impact you want to have in the world.

You will create process goals, not outcome goals, to work more effectively towards what you want to achieve.
