How I Can Help You…

I am a professional career coach with 20 years of experience in teaching, teacher training, and leadership training. Based in Chichester, West Sussex, I bring my knowledge of how people learn and develop to my coaching. I help individuals navigate career changes and achieve their long-term goals. Using research in neuroscience and cognitive science, I create personalised learning experiences focused on positive change.

My career coaching services help graduates, young professionals, leaders, parents, and business owners become happier, less stressed, and more successful. I provide clients with the time and space to focus on what they want to achieve and find fulfilment in their work.

What is Coaching?

Coaching takes the fear out of changing career and supports you to navigate uncertainty.  It helps you to look at things from a different perspective and to stop procrastinating.

The approach is both reflective and active. You will go through a process of career innovation and develop your own new career identity. Working with a career coach will enable you to get out of your head and into action. Once you get into action you will quickly gain traction towards achieving your goals. Your confidence will then lift and then you’re halfway there.

Changing career alone can feel like an impossible task. It’s like doing a puzzle without having the picture on the box! It takes time and it takes patience. This is challenging when you’re facing multiple demands on your time, coping with the job you’re currently doing and worrying about the risks involved.

You will gain confidence by doing things you’ve never done before.
You will be able to sell yourself to yourself and by doing so have more courage when you start to sell yourself to others.
You will build your life around what impact you want to have in the world.
You will create process goals, not outcome goals, to work more effectively towards what you want to achieve.

Become strong enough, brave enough and confident enough
to find fulfilment in your work.
