Good coaching begins with being properly heard. I take time to understand you rather than pushing you towards a ready-made answer. Together, we make sense of what feels tangled, recognise your strengths and value, and turn that insight into practical next steps.
I offer:

- help recognising and articulating what you have to offer;
- practical exercises and clear next steps between sessions.
